Okay people this is something new well now i am going to tell you how to access a website with a different IP, Well this is using a site online not using a VPN software or stuff its easy but if you are using it to do something illegal or lets say don't wanna get caught by NSA and others i say you avoid this and use switching circuit and VPNs they are safer. And yeah this tutorial is for educational purposes only so if you end up in jail doing something you shouldn't do don't blame me.

Just enter this website and chose from various IP options available or simply keep it as random IP.
Again one more thing this is by far the easiest way to bypass the restrictions on server based internet browsing facilities like in schools and colleges where certain websites cannot be accessed, so using this technique you can easily bypass the system.

Be careful though the lab assistant might be standing right behind you and then you know what usually happens!!
