Nvidia, the favourite gfx card manufacturing company has announced the Tegra K1.
A chip for tablets and smartphones that contains 192 computing "cores" or mini-computers, for graphics applications.
Nvidia says that the chip will offer better gameplay graphics than the PS3 and Xbox 360. It consumes 5W power but performs amazingly better the consles.

At the event, the chip was shown to run Unreal Engine 4. This chipset is solely for smartphones and tablets. This innovative product design is about the change the look of smartphones and tablets.
It is a 32 bit as well as 64 bit chip. (a high end phone, with higher RAM is required for the smooth functionality)

variants:
A quad-core Cortex A15 CPU designed by the British firm ARM
With Nvidia's forthcoming dual-core Denver CPU, which is a
customised version of ARM's more powerful 64-bit V8 architecture.
The Tegra K1 A15 variant will max out at 2.3GHz, while the
Denver version will max out at 2.5GHz. The former is expected to hit devices in
the first half of this year, while the latter will hit in the second half.
